Nice place to stay

Good location, around 10-15 minutes walk to the lake through the center. Interesting old style hotel. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Nice to have an option to park a car.

Some minor things only - not to much light in the room and not enough vegetables for breakfast. In general really good hotel.

Very Good

Great location with super comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice and the people were very friendly. Location was perfect and close to the shop and a short walk to the lake.

Room was old fashioned and could do with being updated.

attention for the improvement

the receptionist personels were very cooperative. room and bathroom size were good beddings were clean

there was no ventilation in the room , I have to open window but mosquitoes entered and bitten me while night, Air-conditioned was not working and no net on the window. there was no direct lift to 3rd floor where I got room. I ve to get to 2nd floor , walk to other end of corridor and take another lift. no transport pick and drop to the railway station.

Hotel is in super great location, basically you need to cross street and you in the center. Breakfast is good, there was plenty choose from. Staff is helpful and supportive.

Expensive parking, for night it costs 20 EUR.

Lovely stay in beautiful old hotel in Como.

Lovely old style hotel in good location. Very comfortable bed and well equipped and large room.

The shower was the only area which could be improved as only over bath and power not great.

Disappointed were are unable to relax, sunbathe and use the pool

The property was clean and most of the staff were lovely

The pool was always in the shade and covered in leaves, when asked if they could clean the pool it was ignored. The loungers were in the shade also, on the terrace, plus there were only 2 of them, the rest of the terrace had tables and chairs. It was not made clear in the description beforehand, that we would not be able to relax and sunbathe around the pool.

Great location near the train station and city center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Very noisy on the city view side! Too much light coming through the window at night and early morning.

As always it's a good spot close to town and if you have a car and can reserve a parking spot, it's comfortable and secure. The breakfast is always decent here.

Parking was in doubt until the last minute. Other than that no complaints

Very friendly and helpful staff. Taking requests very seriously. Average breakfast for this price.

We got a room with a window to a loud street, next to the parking garage. Even with the window closed, we could hear quite some noise during the night and therefore did not sleep too well.

Ideal place to stay for a visit to Como just outside the old town, only 10 minutes walk to the lake.

Ideally located when arriving by own car (you have to pay for parking EUR 20/day). Wooden floor in the rooms, i.e. no carpets. Breakfast is served on the terrace/patio.

The shower cubicles are extremely small, shower gel was missing.

Perfectly adequate for a short 3 day stay.

The hotel is in a good location, with just a 15 walk from Como Lago rail station and 5 minutes from the old streets of Como town. The hotel serves a great choice for breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the A/C worked well. Special mention to Claudio - a private car driver, who got us to Cremona on the day of a rail strike.

Although our room was serviced every day, with clean towels, we had the same small bottle of water and glasses after 3 days. Our coffee/tea tray was not refilled. I do think this could be improved. The room had a small Nespresso machine, but it does not make good tea! So a small kettle is preferred and Nespresso pods are pricey. Tea bags snd coffee sachets are much less expensive.
